133. To the devises to the Baltimore Hebrew Congrega-
tion as one of the residuary devisees under the Last Will
and Testament of Clara Kahn, recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H.
B. No. 186, folio 161.

134. To the grant and assignment executed by Wash-
ington L. Wilson to Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the City of Baltimore, dated June 14th, 1937,
and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City on June 15th, 1937, conveying leasehold interest in
property No. 2226 East Oliver Street, and more particularly
described in said assignment.

135. To the grant and deed executed by Lula V. Walker,
unmarried, to the Board of Beneficence of St. John's Inde-
pendent M. P. Church in Baltimore City, dated December
9th, 1926, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4635, folio 157, etc., con-
veying the reversionary interest in property No. 2023 West
North Avenue, and more particularly described in said deed.

136. To the grant and assignment executed by the Fay-
ette Investment Corporation to The Board of Beneficence
of St. John's Independent M. P. Church in Baltimore City,
dated April 21st, 1937, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5715, folio
161, etc., conveying the leasehold interest in property No.
2023 West North Avenue, and more particularly described
in said assignment.

137. To the grant and deed executed by the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church in East Baltimore Sta-
tion to the Trustees of Montford Avenue Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City and State of Maryland
(sometimes known as Parkside-Montford Methodist Epis-
copal Church and Parkside Methodist Church) dated July
31st, 1895, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber J. B. No. 1573, folio 211, conveying
properties Nos. 606-608-610 and 612 South Montford Ave-
nue, and more particularly described in said deed.

138. To the grant and assignment executed by Edward
H. Herzer and wife to The Saint Peters Evangelical Luth-
eran Congregation of Baltimore City, dated December 16th,
1938, and duly recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City on December 17th, 1938, conveying property No.
1814 East Thirty-first Street, and more particularly de-
scribed in said assignment.
