926 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 426

County in Liber No. 106, folio 379, conveying fee simple
property No. 115 Maryland Avenue, Hyattsville, Prince
George's County, more particularly described in said deed.

129. To the grant and assignment executed by John J.
Dobler to The Saint Peters Evangelical Congregation of
Baltimore City, dated August 19th, 1922, and duly record-
ed among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3957, folio 628, conveying the leasehold inter-
est in property situate on the northeast side of Erdman Ave-
nue, distant three hundred feet southeast from the east
corner of Kenly Avenue, and more particularly described
in said assignment.

130. To the grant and deed executed by Carl F. New
and Ruth King New, his wife, to the Christ English Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, dated
March 14th, 1938, and duly recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5808, folio
406, conveying the fee simple interest in property situated
on the west side of the Old Orchard Road, two hundred feet
south of Edmondson Avenue, and more particularly de-
scribed in said deed.

131. To the grant and assignment executed by the Trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the East Balti-
more Station to the Trustees of Montford Avenue Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City and State of
Maryland, dated July 31st, 1895, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1573,
folio 211, conveying the leasehold interest in two lots of
ground, the first thereof situated on the west side of Mont-
ford Avenue, forty-one feet south of Fleet Street, fronting
south thirty-six feet by west one hundred and fifty-five feet
to Bradford Street, and the second adjoining the above lot
on the south fronting south fourteen feet by west one hun-
dred and fifty-five feet to Bradford Street, the improve-
ments thereon being known as Nos. 606 to 612 South Mont-
ford Avenue and Nos. 601 to 607 South Bradford Street,
and more particularly described in said assignment.

132. To the grant and deed executed by The Savings
Bank of Baltimore to Har Sinai Congregation of the City
of Baltimore, dated June 21st, 1938, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City on June 22nd,
1938, conveying fee simple interest in property situated
on the southwest side of Park Heights Avenue, containing
14. 963 acres, more or less, being known as No. 6300 Park
Heights Avenue, and more particularly described in said
deed.
