and Mary C. Coxon, his wife, to The Baltimore City Mis-
sionary and Church Extension Society of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, dated July 3rd, 1931, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5232, folio 186, conveying the fee simple interest in
property situated at Mannasota Avenue and Parkside Drive,
and more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the holding and disposal of said property by The Balti-
more City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the
Methodist Episcopal Church.
125. To the grant and deed executed by The Baltimore
City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the
Methodist Episcopal Church to the Montford Avenue Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City and State of Maryland,
dated March 20th, 1936, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5609, folio
129, conveying fee simple interest in property situate at
Mannasota Avenue and Parkside Drive, and more par-
ticularly described in said deed; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding
and disposal of said property by the Montford Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City and State of
Maryland.
126. To the grant and assignment executed by John N.
Geidt to Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hamilton,
Inc., dated October 25th, 1921, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3793, folio
139, conveying the leasehold interest in property No. 2832
Roselawn Avenue, more particularly described in said as-
signment.
127. To the grant and deed executed by G. Bernard
Lohmuller and wife to Calvary Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Hamilton, Inc., dated October 6th, 1922, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3916, folio 598, conveying the reversionary in-
terest in property No. 2832 Roselawn Avenue, more par-
ticularly described in said deed.
128. To the grant and deed executed by Diller F. Groff
and wife to the First Methodist Episcopal Church, South
of Hyattsville, Maryland, dated September 20th, 1915, and
duly recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
