Martha E. Sechrist, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, January 23rd, 1939, and of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County
in Wills, Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 66, etc.

118. To the bequests to the Pastor of St. Joseph's Cath-
olic Church, Taneytown, Maryland, of fifteen hundred dol-
lars and the interest, one hundred dollars, respectively, for
the purpose therein stated, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Sarah A. Hagan, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, February 7th, 1939, and
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Wills, Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 82, etc.

119. To the bequest of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00)
to the Reformed Church of which testator was a member at
the time of his death, contained in the Last Will and Test-
ament of George V. Miller, late of Carroll County, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, March
7th, 1939, and of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said County in Wills, Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 84,
etc.

120. To the bequest of the residue of estate to The
Salvation Army, with its headquarters at 1601 West Balti-
more Street, Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Grace Barnitz, late of Carroll County,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
February 27th, 1939, and of record in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for said County in Wills Liber H. G. B. No.
15, folio 76, etc.

121. Bequest to the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist
Church of Baltimore, of the sum of $5, 000. 00 under the Last
Will and Testament of Annie Rebecca Smith, deceased.

122. Bequest to The Baptist Home of Baltimore, Incor-
porated, of the sum of $5, 000. 00, under the Last Will and
Testament of Annie Rebecca Smith, deceased.

123. To the grant and deed executed by Caroline L.
Wakefield and Arthur Wakefield, her husband, to the Cal-
vary Evangelical Church of Hamilton, Inc., dated July 16th,
1938, and duly recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5839, folio 433, conveying
fee simple interest in property situated in Baltimore City
and located on the south side of Roselawn Avenue, west of
the Old Harford Road, and more particularly described in
said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the holding and disposal of said
