ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
August 9th, 1938, and of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 43,
etc., viz:

(a) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the
Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the discipline
and Government of the Roman Catholic Church a corpora-
tion sole, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00),
with the request that it be used as provided in said Will:

(b) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the
Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, the sum of six hundred
dollars ($600. 00), with the request that it be used as pro-
vided in said Will;

(c) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore, for the time being, and his succeseors in the
Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, the sum of three thousand
dollars ($3, 000. 00), with the request that it be used as
provided in said Will.

115. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100. 00)
to the Women's Guild of St. Peter's Episcopal Church of
Rockport, Texas, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary Bostwick Shellman, late of Carroll County,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
October 17th, 1938, and of Record in the office of the
Register of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15,
folio 52, etc.

116. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of William T. Lucabaugh, late of Carroll County,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
October 25th, 1938, and of record in the Office of the Regis-
ter of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio
54, etc., viz:

(a) To the Union National Bank of Westminster, Md.,
the sum of three hundred dollars ($300. 00), the interest
to be paid to the Treasurer of St. Benjamin's Church, near
Westminster, towards the pastor's salary;

(b) To the Union National Bank of Westminster, Md,,
the sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00), the interest to be paid
to the Treasurer of St. Benjamin's Church near West-
minster, to keep testator's lot in cemetery in good condition
and repair.

117. To the bequest of twenty-five dollars to the Trustees
of Saint Benjamin's Evangelical Lutheran Church, near
Westminster, in Carroll County, Maryland, formerly Kri-
