110. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Jacob Clay Frankforter, late of Carroll Coun-
ty, deceased, probated in the Orphan's Court of Carroll
County, July 18th, 1938, and of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15,
folio 36 etc., viz: to Trinity Reformed Church, Manchester,
Maryland, the sum of three hundred dollars ($300. 00), the
interest thereof to be used for the perpetual care of the
family burial lot in the Reformed Cemetery, Manchester,
Maryland.
111. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Eliza A. Stevenson, late of Carroll County,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
July 19th, 1938, and of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber B. G. B. No. 15, folio 37
etc., viz: to deposit Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) on
4% interest account in the Westminster Deposit and Trust
Company at Westminster, Maryland, to the credit of the
Trustees of St. Luke Winters Cemetery Company, interest to
be paid to the Trustees annually, for the upkeep of the
Stevenson's graves and others.
112. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Calvin R. Chew, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
July 25th, 1938, and of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 38,
etc., viz:
(a) To the Trustees of the Carrollton Church of God, the
sum of one hundred and fifty ($150. 00), to be put in bank
or in trust and the interest therefrom to be used to pay the
cemetery caretaker for the care and upkeep of testator's
lot, the lot of his father and mother, and the lot of his uncle
and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. William L. Richards;
(b) To the Trustees of the Patapsco M. E. Church of the
Carrollton Circuit, the sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00), to be
used in accordance with the provisions of said Will.
113. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Adelaide Evans, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
July 26th, 1938, and of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 40,
etc., viz: to the Trustees of Bethel Church, Carrollton, Car-
roll County, Maryland, the residue of income from certain
investments directed in said Will.
114. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Patrick Hayes, late of Carroll County, de-
