(d) To the Board of Home Missions of the Methodist
Protestant Church, one-half of the residue of estate left
after payment of certain legacies and bequests.

106. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Laura E. Hood, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
February 1st, 1938, and of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No.
15, folio 1 etc., viz: to the Trustees of the Prospect Method-
ist Episcopal Church, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, the residue of the estate of testatrix after dis-
tribution of certain specific legacies and bequests.

107. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Henry L. Cook, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
February 1st, 1938, and of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No.
15, folio 2 etc., viz: the residue (after payment of a cer-
tain specific legacy and bequest) to be equally divided be-
tween Brandenburg Methodist Protestant Church and the
cemetery adjoining the said Brandenburg church at Ber-
rett, Carroll County, Md.

108. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Ida V. Stansbury, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
April 25th, 1938, and of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio
16 etc., viz; the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00)
to be deposited in some safe banking institution, the prin-
cipal to remain intact and the income therefrom to be paid
annually to the Trustees of Greenmount United Brethren
Church, at Greenmount, Carroll County, Maryland, to be
used by them toward the payment of the salary of the
minister of said church.

109. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Jacob M. Rodkey, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
May 23rd, 1938, and of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio
19 etc., viz: to the Trustees of Emmanuel Baust Reformed
Church, situated in Uniontown District, Carroll County,
Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00),
the income of which shall be used to assist paying the
annual apportionment of Emmanuel Baust Reformed
Church congregation and the use of the principal to be
contingent upon the compliance with provisions set forth
in said Will.
