14, folio 587 etc., viz: to the Home for the Aged of the
Methodist Protestant Church, located at Main and Church
Streets, in Westminster, in Carroll County, and State of
Maryland, testatrix' home farm, containing 29 acres, 1
rood and 10 square perches of land, more or less, situate
at Bird Hill, in said County and State, which was conveyed
to testatrix by Charles E. Fink and others, by deed dated
September 7th, 1900, and recorded among the Land Records
of said Carroll County in Liber J. H. B. No. 93, folio 424
etc.

104. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Rachel A. Roop, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County,
January 3rd, 1938, and of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for said County, in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio
590 etc., viz:

(a) To the Trustees of the Old Folks Home of San
Mar, located in Washington County, Maryland, the sum of
five hundred dollars ($5. 00);

(b) To the trustees of the Sam's Creek Brethern Church
and Cemetery, located near Dennings, Carroll County, Mary-
land, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100. 00);

(c) To the trustees of the Sam's Creek Brethren Church
and the Pipe Creek Brethren Church, with the request that
it be used for the support and upkeep of the Brethren
Church located in Frederick County, Maryland, and known
as Edgewood, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100. 00);

(d) To the trustees of the Pipe Creek Brethren Ceme-
tery, located near Uniontown, in Carroll County, the sum
of one hundred dollars ($100. 00).

105. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Edgar F. Keefer and Addie E. Keefer, late
of Carroll County, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, January 10th, 1938, and of record
in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 594 etc., viz:

(a) To the Union Board of Foreign Missionary Admin-
istration of the Methodist Protestant Church, for the use
of Foreign Missions, the sum of one thousand dollars
($1, 000. 00);

(b) To the Board of Home Missions of the Methodist
Protestant Church (after the death of a certain life bene-
ficiary) the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00);

(c) To the Methodist Protestant Church of Westminster,
Maryland, (after the death of a certain life beneficiary) the
sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00);
