(c) To the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum
of five hundred dollars ($500. 00), the same to be securely
invested and the income arising therefrom to be distributed
among certain benevolences including the Women's Mis-
sionary Society.

(d) To the Tressler Orphans' Home at Loysville, in the
State of Pennsylvania, and The Lutheran Deaconess Mother
House of Baltimore City, Maryland, the residue of the
estate of Testatrix.

99. To the bequest of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00)
to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, located in Uniontown, Car-
roll County, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Jacob J. Weaver, Jr., deceased, probated in
the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, April 19th, 1937,
and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Car-
roll County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 545 etc.

100. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100. 00)
to the trustees of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church,
known as Leisters Church, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Mary A. Martin, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, August 9th, 1937, and
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll
County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 559 etc.

101. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($1. 00. 00) to
the Church of Brethren Cemetery at Pipe Creek, Carroll
County, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Samuel L. Johnson, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, August 19th, 1937, and
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll
County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 563 etc.

102. To the bequest of two (2) shares of the capital
stock of the Taneytown Saving Bank, to Piney Creek
Presbyterian Church, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Alice P. Galt, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County September 27th, 1937, and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County
in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 574 etc.

103. To the devise contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Ruth E. Wheeler, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
December 6th, 1937, and of record in the office of the
