of Baltimore City, in trust as therein set forth.

94. To the devise of fee-simple property No. 812 S.
Paca Street, Baltimore, Maryland, under the Last Will and
Testament of Annie M. Siemers, deceased, which Will is
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and is
duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of said
City in Liber J. H. B. No. 194, folio 141, to Trustees of
Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the United Brethren in
Christ, a body corporate, in trust for the uses in said Will.

95. To the deed dated February 7, 1938 of 516 Otter-
bein Street, Baltimore, Maryland, duly recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5799,
Folio 602, from Harvey C. Jones and Bertha E. Jones, his
wife, to the "Trustees of Otterbein Chapel of the Church of
the United Brethren in Christ" of Baltimore City, a body
corporate.

96. To the grant and deed executed by Frederick A. Hilt-
gartner (Single) to Jehovah's Kingdom Corporation, dated
July 19, 1935, and recorded among the Land Records of
Howard County in Liber B. M., Jr., No. 152 folio 210, etc.,
covering a fee simple farm or tract of land containing ninety
acres more or less, situate in Howard County in the State
of Maryland.

97. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament, and the Codicil thereto, of Nora C. Pigman,
deceased, recorded in the Register of Will's Office of Alle-
gany County, of which bequests the estate was sufficient
to pay 28. 089 per cent plus:

(a) To the bequest of $30 (without any deduction) to the
Fathers of the Blessed Sacrament at No. 184 East Seventy-
sixth Street in the City and State of New York which be-
quest was paid in full;

(b) To the bequest of $300 to Reverend James E. Walsh
of the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America to be
used by him in saying Masses for the deceased children of
my brother, Joseph;

(c) To the bequest of $150 to whoever at the time of the
death of the Testatrix was the pastor of SS. Peter and
Paul's Roman Catholic Church, in the City of Cumberland,
the income therefrom to be applied to the upkeep of the
grave lot of the Testatrix in the cemetery of said Church;

(d) To the bequest of $500 to St. Joseph's Seminary,
Baltimore, to be used for the purpose of its incorporation;

(e) To the bequest of $1000 to the Catholic University
of America, Washington, D. C., for the National Shrine
of the Immaculate Conception,;
