(e) To the devise of an annual ground rent of $48. 00
issuing out of 1622 S. Charles St., Baltimore, Maryland, to
the "Trustees of Ottenbein Chapel of the Church of the
United Brethren in Christ, " in trust as therein set forth.

(f) To the devise of an annual ground rent of $30. 00,
issuing out of 611 Archer St., Baltimore, Md., to the "Trus-
tees of Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the United Breth-
ren in Christ, " in trust as therein set forth.

(g) To the devise of an annual ground rent of $30. 00,

lots Nos. 13 and 14 in block 3, Baltimore Highlands, Balti-
more County, Md., recorded in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 3,
Folio 2, of said County. To the "Chapel of the Church of
the United Brethren in Christ" in trust as therein set forth.

(1) To the devise of fee-simple lot of Northeast side of
Banger Street 291 4/10 feet Northwest corner of Banger
St., and Hollins Ferry Road, Baltimore County. To "Chapel
of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ" in trust
etc.

(m) To the devise of fee-simple lot No. 14 in the rear
of Nos. 3502 to 3532 Greenspring Avenue in Baltimore
City, Maryland, to "Chapel of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ" in trust as therein set forth, see Liber
S. C. L. 4890 folio 490.

(n) To the devise of fee-simple lot North of 3532 Green-
spring Avenue, Baltimore, Md., having a frontage of
116 4/10 feet on Greenspring Ave., with depth of 210 feet,
