88. To the bequest to the Board of Missions of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church South, a body duly incorporated,
of all the rest and residue as prescribed in the residuary
clause under the Last Will and Testament of Williametta
Owings Duvall, deceased, which said Last Will and Testa-
ment is dated July 15, 1920, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 192, folio 336.

89. To the bequest of $500 to the First Church of Christ,
scientist, of Baltimore, contained in the will of William
Nordhoff, recorded in Liber J. H. B. 194, folio 364, Register
of Wills Office, Baltimore City.

90. To the bequest contained in Will of Harriet Rice,
recorded in Liber R. folio 450 in the office of the Register
of Wills of Allegany County, Four Thousand Dollars
($4, 000. 00) to Trustees of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Episcopal
Church South.

91. To the bequest contained in Will of Clara Jackson,
recorded in Liber S. folio 72, in the office of the Register of
Wills of Allegany County, of $50. 00 to the Advisory Board
of St. Philip's Colored Church.

92. To the bequest contained in Will of Clara J. Hart-
sock, and recorded in Liber S. folio 149, in the office of the
Register of Wills of Allegany County, Five Hundred Dollars
($500. 00) to Centre Street Methodist Episcopal Church of
Cumberland.

93. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Malinda C. Dorguth, late of Baltimore
City, Maryland, which was duly probated and is now re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said City
in Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 446:

(a) $3, 000 to the Trustees of the Corporation known as
"Trustees of the Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the
United Brethern in Christ, " is trust as therein set forth.

(b) $3, 000 to the Corporation known as "Dorguth
Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church, " Baltimore High-

lands, a body corporate, in trust for the uses therein set
forth.

(c) To the bequest of all the rest and residue of the estate
of Malinda S. Dorguth unto the Trustees of the Corporation
at present known as "Trustees of Otterbein Chapel of the
Church of the United Brethren in Christ, " in trust as
therein set forth.

(d) To the bequest of leasehold property at present
known as 1003 West Cross Street, Baltimore, Maryland, sub-
