79. To the deed from Jerry W. Grant and Jattie W.
Grant, his wife, to the General Conference Corporation of
Takoma Park, as per plat recorded in Plat Book A, at
folios 50 and 51 of the Plat Records of said Montgomery
County, save and excepting such portion of said lot front-
ing on Sligo Avenue as was conveyed by a dedication plat
dated March 18, 1930, for the purpose of widening Sligo
Avenue, said plat being duly recorded among the Land
Records of said County; which deed is recorded November
16, 1937, in Liber 685, at folio 154 of the Land Records of
Montgomery County.

80. To deed from Freda Teis, single, to The Potomac
Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, of Lots,
28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, in Block 16, of the B. F. Gilbert
addition to Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland,
as per plat filed in Plat Book A, at folio 2, of the Land
Records of said County, which deed was recorded among
said Land Records on March 6, 1939.

81. To deed to the General Conference Corporation of
Seventh-day Adventists to be made and recorded hereafter,
of lot number 20 in block numbered 1 in "James H. Cissel's
Additional to Silver Spring, Maryland", as shown on plat
book 3, folio 209, one of the land records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, exclusive of that portion deeded to the
County Commissioners of Montgomery County by deed
dated November 6, 1931 and recorded on November 17,
19. 31, in liber 528, folio 367, exclusive also of that part
deeded to Charles R. Lewis by deed dated February 10,
1932 and recorded February 26, 1932, in liber 534, folio 71;
and exclusive also of lot numbered 2, block numbered 1A,
conveyed to W. Leonard Carey and Mildred E. Gary, his
wife, by deed dated April 28, 1937, and duly recorded among
the land records of Montgomery County.

82. To a deed by Louis A. Hansen and Annie Hansen_?
his wife, bearing date April 22, 1938, conveying a portion
of Lot 7 of the "Holly Hills Farm" to the Potomac Confer-
ence Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, which deed is
recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Maryland, under date of April 29, 1938, in Liber
499, at folio 476.

83. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of William Thomas Greenhawk, dated
May 26th, 1934, and recorded in Liber J. D. S. No. 24, folio
