mitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel
County, February 4, 1933, and recorded in Wills Record
G. T. C. No. 1, at folio 294, etc., one of the Wills Records
of said County, and a certified copy of same recorded in
Liber C. S. P. No. 1 at folio 311, etc., one of the Will Rec-
ords of Calvert County.

75. To a grant contained in a deed from Albert J. Cur-
ran and Francis C. Harwood, Executors of the Estate of
Stephen P. Harwood, to the Board of Foreign Missions of
the United Lutheran Church in America, conveying five
annual ground rents, three of $90. 00 each, issuing out of
the properties known as Nos. 601, 605 and 609 West 39th
Street, in Baltimore City, one of $100. 00, issuing out of the
property No. 3818 Beech Avenue, in Baltimore City, and
one of $120. 00, issuing out of the property No. 3824 Beech
Avenue, in Baltimore City.

76. To the bequest to the Vestry of St. George's Parish
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Franklin Fish-
er, deceased, late of Philadelphia, Penna., of record in the
Wills Records of the City of Philadelphia.

77. To a deed from John L. Shaw and Cleve C. Pulver,
joint tenants, bearing date April 5, 1937, conveying to the
General Conference Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists,
Lots 1 and 2, in Block No. 28, as shown on a certain map
entitled "Herald Harbor on the Severn", amended Map of
Section C. Edward W. Digges, Chief Engineer, November,
1924, which deed is recorded May 20, 1937, in Liber F. A. M.
163, at folio 416, of the Land Records for Anne Arundel
County, State of Maryland.

78. To a deed from Jerry W. Grant and Jattie W. Grant,
his wife, dated October 14, 1937, to the General Conference
Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists, lot 22, Block 54,
B. F. Gilbert Addition to Takoma Park, per plat recorded
in Liber 344, at folio 234, of the Land Records for Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, which deed is recorded Novem-
ber 16, 1937, in Liber 685, at folio 154, of, the Land Records
for Anne Arundel County.
