of the University Baptist Congregation of Baltimore, a re-
ligious corporation. This Will is dated September 22, 1937,
and was admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for
Baltimore County shortly after June 23, 1938.

65. To a deed from the Mayor and City Council of Bal-
timore, a municipal corporation, to the Faith Baptist
Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated, dated March 16,
1939, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City on March 21, 1939, conveying an annual rent of $130. 00,
issuing and payable from a lot of ground at the south-
east corner of Ashland Avenue and Bond Street, Baltimore,
Maryland.

66. To the devise and bequest of $100. 00 under the Will
of Mary Hambruch, to St. Anne's Church.

67. To the devise and bequest of $400. 00 under the Will
of Adeline B. Randall, to St. Anne's Church.

68. To the devise and bequest of $2, 500. 00 under the
Will of J. Clayton Brewer, to St. Anne's Church.

69. To the devise and bequest under Will of J. Clayton
Brewer, of one-half of residuary estate, to the Chase
Home.

70. To the devise and bequest of $1, 000. 00 under the Will
of J. Clayton Brewer, to St. Anne's Cemetery.

71. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of John T. Radford, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City,
in Wills Liber J. H. B. No., folio, viz:

(a) To the Pastor of St. John's Roman Catholic Church,
Eager and Valley Streets, for Masses.

(b) To the Pastor of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church,
Caroline and Oliver Streets, for Masses.

(c) To the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore.

(d) To the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City.

72. To a bequest to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in
Calvert County of $100. 00 as contained in the Will of John
B. Gray, deceased, admitted to probate in the Orphan's
Court of Calvert County, August 24, 1937, and recorded
in Liber J. W. H. No. 2, folio 133.

73. To the devise and bequest of one-fourth interest and
estate in the deceased's Sheridan Point farm in Calvert
County, as set forth in the Will of William H. Dowell, de-
