the holding of the property described therein and the dis-
posing of the same according to law by the said corporation.

59. To a certain devise in remainder to The Vestrymen
and Churchwardens of St. James First African Protestant
Episcopal Church in Baltimore, referred to as the St. James
First African Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, and to
the holding of the property described therein and the dis-
posing of the same according to law by the said body
corporate.

60. To the devise in remainder to The Vestrymen and
Churchwardens of St. James First African Protestant Epis-
copal Church in Baltimore, referred to as the St. James
First African Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, made by
Mary F. Lane, deceased, by the third item of her Last Will
and Testament, dated October 9, 1936, and recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 189, folio 485, affecting the property
No. 4119 White Avenue, in Baltimore City, Maryland.

61. To the conveyance made on the 9th day of Septem-
ber, 1917, by Laura A. Wolfe, to the Vestry St. Luke's
Church of the leasehold property known as No. 405 N.
Stricker Street, being on the east side of Stricker Street at
the distance of thirty feet north of Mulberry Street front-
ing notherly fifteen feet on Mulberry Street with an equal
depth of eighty feet, recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3109, folio 593, etc.

62. To a deed made on the 24th day of September, 1923,
from the Vestry St. Luke's Church to Louis Hurwitz of the
leasehold property known as No. 405 N. Stricker Street,
being on the east side of Stricker Street at the distance of
thirty feet north of Mulberry Street fronting northerly fif-
teen feet on Mulberry Street with an equal depth of eighty
feet, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4083, folio 413, etc.

63. To the devise and bequest of $10, 000 under para-
graph 10 in the Will of the late Wilson K. Levering, to the
Trustees of the University Baptist Congregation of Balti-
more, a religious corporation, known as University Baptist
Church of Baltimore. The Will was dated April 23, 1930,
and was admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for
Baltimore County shortly after October 5, 1930. This be-
quest was paid by the executor around June, 1931.

64. To the devise and bequest of $2, 500. 00 under Item
3 of the Will of the late Ernest D. Levering to The Trustees
