Act of 1916, of The Annotated Code of Laws of The State
of Maryland, and at a point distant 100. 13 feet from a
concrete stone set at the beginning of the same, and thence
leaving the said side of the right of way of the said Rail-
road and running with the last described tenth line accord-
ing to a survey made by W. Elijah Somerville in October,
1911, with courses according to magnetic meridian of that
date;
SOUTH 57 degrees 35 minutes East 1241. 57 feet to
a point where a stone formerly set within the right of
way of The Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Rail-
road and on the easterly side thereof, and thence with the
eleventh line of the last described parcel of land by a line
curving to the left in a southwesterly direction for a
distance of 676. 00 feet to a point formerly marked by a
stone, and thence leaving the lands of the said Railroad
and running with the aforementioned twelfth line of the
aforesaid last described parcel;
SOUTH 47 degrees 45 minutes East 1100. 43 feet to the
place of beginning, according to a survey by Somerville and
Somerville in March, 1939.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

(Senate Bill 429)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
1 of Article 49A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement), title "Investments", authorizing
investments in mortgages or bonds or notes secured by
mortgages or trust deed insured by the Federal Housing
Administrator, in debentures issued by such Adminis-
trator, and in obligations of National Mortgage Associa-
tions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 1 of Article 49A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Investments",
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
