immediately after Section 30 of said Article, making it a
crime in Washington County for a minor to purchase or to
misrepresent his age for the purpose of procuring any alco-
holic beverage.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Regulations and Restric-
tions", said new section to be known as Section 30A and to
follow immediately after Section 30 of said Article, and to
read as follows:
30A. Any minor who purchases or misrepresents his or her
age for the purpose of procuring any alcoholic beverage in
Washington County is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
punished, upon conviction by a fine not to exceed ten dollars
($10. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
172 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title "Cemetery Com-
panies", increasing the area which any cemetery company
may use under certain conditions for burial purposes in
Spauldings Election District in Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 172 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title
"Cemetery Companies", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
172. No cemetery company formed under the provisions of
this Article shall be authorized or empowered to purchase,
hold or use, for the purpose of burial, more than one hundred
acres of land nor any ground that shall be comprised within
the limits of any city or town in this State, unless the cor-
porate authorities of said city or town shall authorize the
