Lot No. 6 in Block No. 8 of the Ellaville subdivision, (6) thence
along the eastern boundary of Block No. 8 to the northern
boundary line of the Town of Hyattsville, (7) thence westerly
along the said northern boundary line of the Town of Hyatts-
ville to the western terminus of the north line of Avalon
Avenue, as the same is laid down in the subdivision known as
Ellaville, (8) thence southerly along the aforementioned north-
west boundary line of the Town of Hyattsville to the place of
beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Supervisors of
Elections of Prince George's County are hereby authorized
and directed to have transcribed on the proper registration
books of the Sixteenth Election District the names of all the
registered voters now registered on the books of the Nineteenth
Election District within the area above described and to re-
move said names from the registration books of the said Nine-
teenth Election District.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 358.

AN ACT to add six new sections to Article 65 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Militia",
to be under sub-title "Armory Board", said new sections to
be known as Sections 66 to 71, inclusive, and to follow
immediately after Section 65 of said Article, creating the
Maryland Armory Board and prescribing its powers and
duties.
