able penalities for a violation of such rules and regulations
and make other necessary provisions for the enforcement there-
of, and shall have the right from time to time to change or
alter the same; and all such rules and regulations, when
adopted and recorded in a book or books kept for the purpose,
shall have the force and effect of municipal ordinances regu-
larly adopted by authority of the Legislature of the State of
Maryland. The police, magistrates and constables of the
county shall be charged with the duty of enforcing all such
rules and regulations; and, in addition to other methods of
enforcing compliance with such rules and regulations, said
County Commissioners or the road supervisor in charge of
the road involved shall have the right to apply to the courts
of equity of the State for an injunction to enforce compliance
therewith, in which case it shall not be necessary to make
other jurisdictional averment than the threatened breach of
such rules or regulations, and said courts shall have jurisdic-
tion to grant such injunction on such allegations being made.
A certified copy of any of such rules and regulations shall be
deemed proper evidence of the same in any of the courts of
this State.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after June 1, 1939.

(House Bill 171)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County",
sub-title "Roads", said new section to be known as Section
561A and to follow immediately after Section 561 of said
Article, restricting the number of passengers to be carried
in school buses operated in Allegany County with certain
exceptions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to be
known as Section 561 A, to follow immediately after Section
561, and to read as follows: —
