added to Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game",
said new section to be known as Section 64A, to follow
immediately after Section 64 of said Article, and to read as
follows:

64A. The State of Maryland hereby assents to the pro-
visions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to provide
that the United States shall aid the States in wild life—
restoration projects, and for other purposes, " approved on
September 2, 1937, (Public No. 415—75 Congress) and
the Commission or Department charged with the admin-
istration and enforcement of this Article is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to perform such acts
as may be necessary to the conduct and establishment of
administrative cooperative wild life—restoration projects,
as defined in said Act of Congress, in compliance with said
Act and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Sec-
retary of Agriculture thereunder; and no funds accruing
to the State Game Protection Fund of the State of Mary-
land from license fees paid by hunters shall be diverted for
any other purpose than for the administration, protection,
restoration and propagation of game administered by the
Commission or Department charged with the administra-
tion and enforcement of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1939.

CHAPTER 328.
(Senate Bill 369)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
67 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1935 Supplement), title "Banks and Trust Companies",
sub-title "General Regulations", as said section was
amended by Chapter 177 of the Acts of 1937, authorizing
the pledging of bonds or mortgages guaranteed by the
Federal Housing Administration or by any other Federal
agency.
