AN ACT to repeal Sections 506-521, both inclusive, of
Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Union-
town".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 506-521, both inclusive, of Article
7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Uniontown", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 99 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Water
Fowl—Birds and game", assenting to the provisions of
the Act of Congress approved on September 2nd, 1937,
and entitled "AN ACT to provide that the United States
shall aid the States in wild life—restoration projects,
and for other purposes. " (Public No. 415—75th Con-
gress), said new Section to be known as Section 64A.
