Bank of Baltimore County to Charles E. McManus by deed
dated January 8, 1924, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. 589, Folio 23,
and being and comprising part of the land conveyed by
Charles E. McManus and Eva M. McManus, his wife, to
the University of Maryland by deed of gift dated January
31, 1938, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 1021, Folio 542.

2. The second parcel being all that part of the parcel
known as "Willow Mill", containing eighteen and three
hundred and twenty-seven one-thousandths acres of land
more or less, which with other land was conveyed by Brod-
nax Cameron, Trustee to Charles E. McManus by deed
dated July 8, 1935, and recorded among said Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 954, Folio
495; and being part of the land conveyed by Charles E.

McManus and Eva M. McManus, his wife, by deed of gift
to the University of Maryland January 31, 1938, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 1021, Folio 542.

3. The third parcel being all that part of the "Durham
Farm", containing one hundred and seven and seventy-
eight one-thousandths acres more or less which with other
land was conveyed by Harry H. Durham and wife, to
Charles E. McManus, Jr., by deed dated February 25, 1936,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 969, Folio 447, and being
and comprising all the land conveyed by Charles E. Mc-
Manus, Jr., to the University of Maryland by deed of gift
dated January 31, 1938, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No.
1021, Folio 547.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of
Regents of the University of Maryland be and it is hereby
authorized to accept the next proceeds from the sale, or
sales, of the aforementioned property, situated in Balti-
more County, after payment from the purchase money of
all expenses of sale and any encumbrances on said prop-
erty, and to use said net proceeds in the construction of
the poultry building and poultry plant now being erected
at College Park.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.
