supervision of the Conservation Commission, its deputies
and game warden in charge of the area, whose duty it shall
be to see that no boats shall be permitted to ply the waters
of this Lake that are not complying with the Federal regu-
lations, or which are polluting the waters with oil or other
waste, and the said Conservation Commission, its deputies
and game warden are hereby authorized and empowered
to arrest anyone using his motor boat in violation of the
above regulations and shall be further empowered to re-
move such boats from said Lake until the owner or opera-
tor of said boat has corrected these irregularities.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 297.

(Senate Bill 169)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said
new section to be known as Section 151A and to follow
immediately after Section 151 of said Article, to require
the transfer of property on the assessment books and the
payment of taxes before any deed for the conveyance
thereof may be recorded.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", said new section to be known
as Section 151A, to follow immediately after Section 151
of said Article, and to read as follows:

151A. No deed for the conveyance of real estate in
Kent County shall be received for record by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court thereof unless and until all public taxes,
assessments and charges due on said property for the
current year and all prior years shall have been paid to
the Treasurer of the County and Collector of State and
County Taxes for said County and Collector of city taxes,
if located in a city or town, who shall endorse the fact of
