passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of
all the members of the two Houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 225.
(House Bill 591)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Gar-
rett County", sub-title "County Commissioners", said new
section to be known as Section 94A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 94 of said Article, providing that the
County Commissioners of Garrett County shall allow and
pay interest on certain orders.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Garrett County", sub-title "County Commission-
ers", said new section to be known as Section 94A and to
follow immediately after Section 94 of said Article and to
read as follows:
94A. The County Commissioners of Garrett County are
hereby directed to pay interest at the legal rate on all out-
standing orders of said Commissioners issued prior to Decem-
ber 1, 1938, from the date of the conversion of such orders
into cash until the date of payment of same by said Commis-
sioners, as funds are available.
