SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1939.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Boards of License Commis-
sioners", said new section to be known as Section 45A
and to follow immediately after Section 45 of said Article,
relating to the Board of License Commissioners for
Worcester County and prescribing the compensation of
the members of said Board, imposing an excise tax on
beer sold in Worcester County and providing for the
collection of said tax.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
325, 328, 330 and 343 of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County, " sub-title "Queenstown, " and to add
seven new sections to said Article, said new sections to
be known as Sections 328A, 343A, 353A, 353B, 353C,
353D and 353E, amending the charter of the town of
Queenstown generally and providing for a referendum
thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 325, 328, 330 and 343 of Article
18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "Queens-
town, " be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
