pletion of the Maryland State Penal Farm including op-
erating maintenance for the fiscal years 1940 and 1941 One
Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1, 200, 000. 00).
(All contracts for construction and equipment in connection
with the work of completing the Maryland State Penal
Farm must have the approval of the Board of Public
Works. ) Of this amount Four Hundred Thousand Dol-
lars ($400, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of August 15,
1939, Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400, 000. 00) shall
be from the issue of February 15, 1940, and Four Hundred
Thousand Dollars $(400, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of
August 15, 1940.

ditions to and equipment of present buildings Thirty Thou-
sand Dollars ($30, 000. 00) from the issue of August 15,
1939.
(12) To the Maryland Training School for Colored
Girls for the repairing and reconditioning of present build-
ings Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000. 00) from the issue of
August 15, 1939. (This amount to be spent under the di-
rection of the Board of Public Works. )
(13) To the Montrose School for Girls for Vocational
Building and equipment and other miscellaneous equipment
Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75, 000. 00) from the is-
sue of August 15, 1939. (This amount to be spent under
the direction of Board of Public Works. )
