buildings and for service facilities aggregating Five Hun-
dred Thousand Dollars ($500, 000. 00), Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($250, 000. 000) of which shall be from
the issue of February 15, 1940, and Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($250, 000. 00) of which shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1940.
(5) To the Eastern Shore State Hospital for the equip-
ment of a building already completed Eleven Thousand
Dollars ($11, 000. 00); for alterations and additions to the
administration and to provide for laboratories and equip-
ment Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30, 000. 00); for finishing
the basement in new dormitory building Three Thousand
Dollars ($3, 000. 00); for sewerage disposal plant Twenty-
five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00); for construction and
equipment of cottage for Assistant Physician Four Thou-
sand Five Hundred Dollars ($4, 500. 00); for other miscel-
laneous improvements to buildings and for equipment Four
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4, 500. 00), aggregating
Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars ($78, 000. 00) from the is-
sue of August 15, 1939.
(6) To the Rosewood State Training School for enlarg-
ing water supply system and treatment plant and providing
fire protection for buildings Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50, -
000. 00); for construction of laundry and power house and
equipment Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200, 000. 00);
for new dormitory and equipment One Hundred Five Thou-
sand Dollars ($105, 000. 00; for the modernizing and fire
proofing of dormitories Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35, -
000. 00); for X-Ray equipment and other hospital equip-
ment Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00), aggregating
Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400, 000. 00), Two Hun-
dred Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($295, 000. 00) of
which shall be from the issue of August 15, 1939, and One
Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105, 000. 00) of which
shall be from the issue of August 15, 1940.
(7) To Springfield State Hospital for new boiler, stack
and auxiliary facilities and to provide adequate heating and
water supply One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100, -
000. 00); for sanitary improvements and modernization in
connection with food storage One Hundred Thousand Dol-
lars $100, 000. 00), aggregating Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($200, 000. 00) from the issue of August 15, 1939.
(8) To Spring Grove State Hospital for new building
