authorized, and for the payment of the advertising directed
by this Act, and all other incidental expenses connected
with the execution of its provisions in connection with said
loan.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the actual cash
proceeds of the Sale of the Certificates of Indebtedness to
be issued under this Act shall be paid to the Treasurer of
the State upon the warrant of the Comptroller, and such
proceeds shall be used exclusively for the following pur-
poses, to wit:

The Comptroller shall immediately upon the sale of and
payment for said bonds or Certificates of Indebtedness,
first return to and credit the Treasury for a sum equiva-
lent to the amount expended, as provided for by Section 5
of this Act; the remainder of the proceeds of said loan shall
be credited on the books of the State Treasury Department
in the amounts hereinafter specified, to the credit of the
accounts, institutions and departments hereinafter named,
and shall be used, expended and applied for the following
purposes:

(1) To the Hall of Records Commission for extension
( of Dark Room and equipment Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15, 000. 00) from the issue of August 15, 1939.

(2) To the Military Department for construction re-
pairs, alterations and additions to armories throughout the
State, and the purchase of ground, construction of roads,
repairs, equipment and general improvements at the State
Reservation, Cascade, Washington County, One Hundred
and Ten Thousand Dollars ($110, 000. 00), of which Fifty-
five Thousand Dollars ($55, 000. 00) shall be from the issue
of February 15, 1940, and Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55, 000. 00) of which shall be from the issue of August
15, 1940.

(3) To the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium for ad-
ditions to employees' quarters and hospital, and new rec-
reation hall and new hospital equipment for colored pa-
tients at Henryton One Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($128, 000. 00); for addition to hospital and operat-
ing-room equipment at Mount Wilson Fifty-one Thousand
Dollars ($51, 000. 00); addition for extension of city water
supply system at Eastern Shore branch, Salisbury, Four
Thousand Dollars ($4, 000. 00), aggregating One Hundred
Eighty-three Thousand Dollars ($183, 000. 00) Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($55, 000. 00) of which shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1939, and One Hundred Twenty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($128, 000. 00) of which shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1940.
