CHAPTER 702.
(House Bill 594)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages", sub-title "Classes of Licenses", said new section to
be known as Section 3A and to follow immediately after
Section 3, relating to the hours at which alcoholic beverages
may be sold in Washington and Frederick Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Classes of Licenses",
said new section to be known as Section 3A and to follow
immediately after Section 3 and to read as follows:

3A. The hours during which the privilege conferred by
every class of on sale license may be exercised in Washington
and Frederick Counties shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 midnight,
except on Sundays, when the hours shall be from 1 P. M. to
12 midnight; provided, however, that nothing herein contained
shall apply to holders of Class E and Class F licenses under
the provisions of Article 2B of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland (1935 Supp. ).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 703.
(House Bill 545)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Crimes and Punishments", said
new section to be known as Section 272A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 272 of said Article, to require physi-
cians, pharmacists, dentists, hospitals and nurses in Mont-
gomery County to report injuries arising from automobile
accidents or lethal weapons and providing for punishment
for failure so to do.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 16
