HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1429

Fayette Street Station in the City of Baltimore, dated July
1, 1937, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5746, folio 228, etc.

72. To bequest in will of Bertha R. Strube, recorded in
J. H. 1, folio 384, in Register of Wills Office in Frederick
County to the Vestry of Zion Parish, one of the parishes of the
Protestant Episcopal Church in Maryland for the purpose of
maintaining and keeping in repair the Zion Church Build-
ing and Graveyard in the village of Urbana, Frederick Coun-
ty, the proceeds arising from the sale of her real estate in said
village and all the furniture and contents in the dwelling
house and on the premises.

73. To the bequest contained in the will of Adelaide E.

Proctor, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Alle-
gany County, of her real and person and mixed estate, where-
soever situated, to the Order of Capuchin Monks of Cumber-
land, Allegany County, Maryland, said Order to take all of
said estate absolutely.

74. To legacy of $469. 31 to Christ Church, I. U. Parish,
Kent County, Maryland, under the will of Alice B. Gemmill,
dated January 13, 1932, filed for probate in the records of the
Baltimore City Orphans' Court, J. H. B. 192, folio 537.

75. To bequest in will of Dora L. Gardner to St. John's
Lutheran Church, located at Parkville, Baltimore County,
Maryland, of five hundred dollars, said will being recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore County.

76. To the bequest in the will of Laura R. Buck, late of
Baltimore, deceased, of one thousand dollars to the Vestry
of Christ Church of Baltimore City, said will being recorded
in "Wills", Liber J. H. B. 191, folio 83.

77. To the following bequests contained in the will of Mrs.
Calvin B. Taylor, deceased, of Worcester County, said Will
being recorded in Liber P. J. 21, folios 381-384 in the office of
the Register of Wills of Worcester County:

(a) For Pastor's salary, eight thousand dollars.

(b) For Pension Fund, five hundred dollars.

(c) For unkeep Calvin B. Taylor Hall, one thousand dollars.

(d) For cemetery fund, the same to be used toward the up-
keep of Calvin B. Taylor, Arthur W. Taylor and Gilbert
Bowen lots, five hundred dollars.

(e) To the Presbyterian Congregation of Buckingham, Ber-
lin, Maryland, for the Home and Foreign Missionary Societies,
the interest only, to be used annually for their budget, the sum
of one thousand dollars.
