Maryland, dated November 21, 1938, and recorded among the
Records of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

66. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Annie M. Siemers, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) to the Helping Up Mis-
sion, a body corporate and religious corporation, now located
at No. 611 W. Baltimore Street, Baltimore City, State of
Maryland; said will being dated September 20, 1933, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of said City in
Liber J. H. B. No. 194, folio 141, etc.

67. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Lillian R. Gatch, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
five hundred dollars to the Helping Up Mission, a body cor-
porate and religious corporation, now located at No. 611
West Baltimore Street, Baltimore City, State of Maryland^
said will being dated July 17, 1930, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of said City in Liber J. H. B. No. 189,
folio 77, etc.

68. To conveyance from M. Gertrude —————— to
vestry of Epiphany Protestant Episcopal Church, Prince
George's County, deed made October 23, 1937, and recorded in
the Land Records of Prince George's County in Liber 484,
Folio 199, etc.

69. To conveyance of a ground rent of forty-two dollars
($42. 00) under property No. 32 South East Avenue, Baltimore
City, from August B. Cromer to Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City of
Baltimore, dated May 22, 1937, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5725, folio
244, etc.

70. To conveyance of a ground rent of sixty dollars
($60. 00) under property 2914 East Monument Street, Bal-
timore City, from Henry John Weber and wife to Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station
in the City of Baltimore, dated June 1, 1937, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5727, folio 380, etc.

71. To conveyance of a ground rent of sixty dollars
($60. 00) under property 3007 East Monument Street, Balti-
more City, from the Mariners Savings and Loan Association,
