1430 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 684

78. To the bequest contained in the will of Anna K. Den-
nis of Worcester County, recorded in Liber P. J. 21, Folio 298
and 299, in the office of the Register of Wills of Worcester
County, to the Presbyterian Church at Berlin, Maryland, of
the residue of her estate.

79. To the conveyance to the Anshe Kolk Anshe Wolyn
Congregation of premises 2100 R. Fairmount Avenue, from
Morris Weiner and Dora Weiner, his wife, as recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 5694,
folio 417.

80. To the following bequests contained in the will of
Agatha Cantow, and recorded in Liber 194, Folio 118, in the
office of the Register of Wills in Baltimore City:

(a) Three hundred dollars to the Home and Foreign Mis-
sion Society for the Propagation of the Faith of the Arch-
diocese of Baltimore, Inc., 415 Cathedral St., Baltimore, Md.

(b) One hundred dollars to Our Lady of Victory Church,
Conduit and Reservoir Roads, Washington, District of Co-
lumbia.

(c) One hundred dollars to Most Holy Redeemer Church,
173 East Third Street, New York City.

81. To the following bequests contained in the will and
codicil of Alice C. Robinson, said will being recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City:

(a) To the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park
Avenue, the sum of two hundred dollars, one hundred dollars
of which is to be used for the McKim Free Kindergarten or
other mission work of the Meeting, and the other one hundred
dollars to be used in any manner the Baltimore Monthly Meet-
ing may desire.

(b) In addition to the bequest to the Baltimore Monthly
Meeting of Friends set forth in Paragraph 5 of the will, to
The Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue, the
sum of five hundred dollars, to be used toward the construc-
tion of an elevator in the Taylor Home, now located at 2001
Park Ave., Baltimore.

82. To the bequest in the will of Robert Lee Paine of five
hundred dollars to St. Mark's Methodist Episcopal Church,
said will being recorded in Liber 190, folio 430 of the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City.

83. To the bequest in the will of Jane Louisa Holloway
of Berlin, Maryland, recorded in Liber P. J. 21, folios 337-
339 in the office of the Register of Wills of Worcester County,
