60. To deed dated April 12, 1926, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4555,
folio 154 from Howard A. Kelly and wife to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Mary-
land, conveying the reversionary interest in ten lots of ground
known as Nos. 2604, 2606, 2608, 2610, 2612, 2618, 2620, 2622,
2624 and 2626 East Chase Street.

61. To deed dated May 15, 1911, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 374,
folio 344, from the Garrison Lumber and Supply Company to
the Vestry of St. Mark's Protestant Episcopal Church of
Frederick County, Maryland, conveying the reversionary in-
terest in the lot of ground known as Lot No. 54 on the Plat of
Hayward Park, which plat is recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore County in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 3, folio
62.

62. To a bequest contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Henry Barnes, probated by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City, on January 6, 1939, and recorded among the records of
the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Will Docket 194,
folio 488.

(a) To the Leadenhall Baptist Church of Baltimore City,
"all money deposited to my account in the Frederick County
National Bank of Frederick, Maryland.

(b) "All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to
Leadenhall Baptist Church of Baltimore City. "

63. To the grant and conveyance of a certain leasehold
property in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, being
known as No. 755 West Fayette Street, from Louis B. Kohn
unto the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the
Fayette Street Station in Baltimore City, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland,
dated January 23, 1907, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber R. O. No. 2304, folio
291, etc.

64. To the Deed dated June 25, 1937, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5736,
folio 95, from William A. McGlenthen to the Vestry of Mount
Calvary Church, Baltimore, conveying the properties 818 and
820 North Eutaw Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

65. To a bequest of $100. 00 to the Vestry of Mount Cal-
vary Church, Baltimore, Maryland, a Protestant Episcopal
Church in Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the Last Will
