1426 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 684

(c) Bequest and devise of the rest and residue of the Estate,
amounting to approximately Two Hundred Thousand Dol-
lars, after the above and certain other specific bequests, and
upon the termination of certain trusts, to the Board of Gov-
ernors of the Memorial Hospital of Cumberland, Maryland,
and the Sisters of Charity of the Allegany Hospital, Incor-
porated, of Cumberland, Maryland, equally share and share
alike, absolutely in fee simple, the income therefrom to be
used for providing free beds and free service to the deserving
poor.

55. To the Deed to the Board of Trustees of White Haven
Methodist Episcopal Church from the Board of Education of
Wicomico County, Maryland, dated October 18, 1937, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Wicomico County, in
Liber I. D. T. No. 204, Folio 239.

56. To conveyance from James W. Fee to the vestry of
Epiphany Protestant Episcopal Church in Prince George's
County, the deed being made July 12, 1937, and recorded in
the Land Records of Prince George's County in Liber 471,
Folio 398, etc.

57. To a deed from William H. Milling and Frances

R. Milling, his wife, to the Board of Trustees of Parsonage
Property of Chase Circuit Methodist Episcopal Church, a body
corporate, dated April 12, 1937, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B., Jr. No. 994,
folio 382 conveying the fee simple title in and to a parcel
of land containing 1-28/100 acres of land, more or less, situate
on the Ebenezer Road in the Fifteenth Election District of
Baltimore County.

58. To deed dated February 16, 1927, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
4702, folio 100, from the Rose Bud Building Company to The
Convention of The Protestant Episcopal Church of the Dio-
cese of Maryland, conveying the reversionary interest in five
lots of ground known as Nos. 28, 30, 32, 34 and 36 (formerly
3320, 3322, 3324, 3326 and 3328) Morley Avenue.

59. To deed dated April 19, 1926, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4558,
folio 537, from The Highland Home Building Company to
The Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the
Diocese of Maryland, conveying the reversionary interest in
three lots of ground known as Nos. 1117, 1119 and 1121 North
Kenwood Avenue.
