28. Anne Arundel. (a) Pound nets or other similar de-
vices are prohibited at all times in the waters of South River,
or in any creek, cove or inlet thereof above Saunders Point
on the south side and Marsh Point on the north.
(b) All nets except gill nets and haul seines are prohibited
in any creek, cove, tributary or inlet of South River.
(c) All nets or equipment are prohibited during the months
of February, March and April in the head waters of South
River from a line drawn from Howards Point on the west side
of said river to Briar Bottom on the east side thereof, and
in the head waters of Beards Creek and in the head waters
of any of the creeks of South River for a distance of 400 yards
from the head thereof.
(d) It shall be unlawful to fish with nets, seines or other
contrivances or equipment of any kind except with rod, hook
and line in the waters of Furnace Branch Creek or Marley
Creek above the B. and O. Bridge.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

(House Bill 720)
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners
of Baltimore County to rescind, repeal and revoke the reso-
lution passed and adopted by the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County on the 28th day of January, 1935, exempt-
ing from taxation in Baltimore County all distilled spirits
stored, manufactured and distilled by resident persons or
corporations in Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore County
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to rescind,
repeal, and revoke the resolution passed and adopted by the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County on the 28th day
of January, 1935, exempting from taxation in Baltimore
County all distilled spirits stored, manufactured and distilled
by resident persons or corporations in Baltimore County and
in the hands of the manufacturing distiller, and of which the
manufacturing distiller storing the same is the bona fide
owner.
