CHAPTER 676.
(House Bill 771)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Licenses", sub-
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-heading "Rules of the Road",
said new section to be known as Section 209AA and to fol-
low immediately after Section 209A of said Article, pro-
viding for the erection of certain signs at the State line on
certain interstate highways.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Licenses", sub-title "Motor Vehicles", sub-heading "Rules
of the Road", said new section to be known as Section 209AA,
to follow immediately after Section 209A of said Article, and
to read as follows:

209AA. The State Roads Commission shall erect signs at
the State line on all interstate roads entering Maryland ap-
prising the public of the existence of the school bus laws in
this State and giving a brief resume of the provisions of said
law for its proper observance by motorists entering the State.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 28
of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Sup-
plement), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-title "Further
Regulations in County Waters", relating to fishing in Fur-
nace Branch Creek and Marley Creek above the B. and O.
Bridge.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 28 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries'⁷, sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
