on which said water is or was used, and providing that
the same shall be collected as municipal taxes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Snow
Hill", said new section to be known as Section 320A, to
follow immediately after Section 320 of said Article, and
to read as follows:

320A. All rents and charges for water or water serv-
ice, as determined and charged by the Mayor and Council
of Snow Hill, are hereby declared to be, and made liens
upon the property or properties in which or on which
said water is or was used, which liens shall, save only as
to taxes, constitute prior liens upon said property or prop-
erties; and said water rents and/or charges shall be col-
lected in the same manner as municipal taxes are now
collected in Snow Hill.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1939.

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Sharptown", said
Section to be known as Section 354A, and to follow
immediately after Section 354 of said Article, providing
for a Deputy Collector of Taxes, and prescribing his
authority and duties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

land (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County", sub-title
