of the properties so served and collected with such taxes
as a part thereof and all Statutes relative to the collection
of such taxes and to the sale of properties therefor shall
be deemed to apply to such charges.

Such charges may also be collected from the owner of
the properties so served by such system by suit before any
proper court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 80.
(Senate Bill 158)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 158, 159, 160, 161 and 162 of
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title, "Harford County, " sub-title, "Bridges. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 158, 159, 160, 161 and 162 of
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title, "Harford County, " sub-title, "Bridges, " be and the
same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
