AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioner of
Baltimore City to pay a pension to Charles W. Hilgartner,
2125 Penrose Avenue, a former member of the Police De-
partment of said city.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery", sub-
title "Divorce", said new section to be known as Section
38A and to follow immediately after Section 38 of said
Article, providing" for the granting of divorces in cases
where one spouse is permanently and incurably insane, pre-
scribing the procedure and extending the jurisdiction of
Courts of Equity to the custody of children and matters of
alimony, maintenance and support in such cases.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 1A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Aeronautics",
said new section to be known as Section 15BB and to follow
immediately after Section 15B of said Article, relating to
the licensing of airports in Montgomery and Prince George's
Counties.
