AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 892
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Balti-
more City", sub-title "Police Examiners", providing for an
appeal in case of removal or dismissal of any police officer of
Baltimore City.

(House Bill 415)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioner of
Baltimore City to award a pension to William W. Bromwell,
a former member of the Police Department of said city, for
the use of himself and his wife.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to issue certificates of indebtedness of said corpora-
tion to an amount not exceeding one million dollars ($1,000, -
000.00), for the purpose of developing, improving and equip-
ping the present municipal airport of Baltimore City,
situate on the Patapsco River, at or near Dundalk, Mary-
land, including the construction of such roadways, drains,
buildings, hangars and other facilities necessary, conveni-
ent or desirable in connection with the use of said airport
by land and sea planes: and authorizing the submission of
