AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1
of Article 72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Oysters", sub-title "Tonging", relating
to the period for the taking of oysters in the waters of
Honga River and Fishing Bay, in Dorchester County.

CHAPTER 619.
(House Bill 288)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more City", sub-title "Police Commissioner", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 744A and to follow immediately
after Section 744 of said Article, directing the Police Com-
missioner of Baltimore City to change each policeman's
shift once every four weeks and fixing his hours of duty.

CHAPTER 620.
(House Bill 366)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Health", sub-title
"State Registrar of Vital Statistics", to follow immediately
after Section 24 of the said Article and to be known as
Section 24A, to permit the State Board of Health to adopt
rules and regulations concerning registration of certain
types of births which cannot at present be registered.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Health", sub-title "State Registrar of Vital Statistics",
to follow immediately after Section 24 of said Article and to
be known as Section 24A and to read as follows:
