a certain sum of money out of the funds allocated to Al-
legany County by the State Roads Commission out of the
gasoline tax.

CHAPTER 570.
(House Bill 284)
AN ACT to add one new section to Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Governor—Execu-
tive and Administrative Departments", sub-title "Superin-
tendent of Buildings", said new section to be know as
Section 63A, to follow immediately after Section 63 of said
Article, providing for payment of $2, 000 annually by the
State to the City of Annapolis for certain services ren-
dered to the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments", sub-
title "Superintendent of Buildings", said new section to be
known as Section 63A, to follow immediately after Section 63
of said Article, and to read as follows:
63A. The State shall annually appropriate and pay to the
Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis the
sum of $2, 000, as payment for the collection of garbage, ashes
and trash from State buildings and for other services ren-
dered to the State by the City of Annapolis, and the Governor
shall provide for such appropriation In his budget for 1942-
1943 and thereafter.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.
