The above items making an aggregate rate for State taxes of
Twenty-three and thirty-five one hundredths cents (23. 35¢)
for the year nineteen hundred and forty (1940), and of
twenty-three and thirty-five one hundredths cents (23. 35¢) for
the year nineteen hundred and forty-one (1941) on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) of assessable property.
If the said tax, together with other receipts or credits to
the Annuity Bond Fund Account, shall produce more revenue
than shall be required to pay the installments of the principal
and the interest on the State loans, which are not otherwise
provided for, then such excess or surplus revenue shall be
transferred and credited to the general funds of the State.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
601 of Offutt's Revised Code of Public Local Laws of Balti-
more County, Edition of 1929, Title No. 59, "Roads and
Streets", (Section 601 of Article 3 of Flack's Code of 1930,
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Roads and Streets"),
as said section was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 139
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1937,
