comply in all particulars with such rules, regulations and
orders. In adopting such rules, regulations and orders, the
aforesaid Citizen's Committee may, by resolution, adopt all
or any part of the rules, regulations and orders promulgated
by the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County
for the construction, maintenance, improvement, grading and
repairing of the County roads, lanes, streets, alleys, avenues,
bridges or other highways. Any person, association or cor-
poration violating any provisions of this Act or any rule,
regulation or order of any Citizen's Committee passed pur-
suant hereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable
by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00), or im-
prisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both for
each offense, and each day's violation shall constitute a sepa-
rate offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of
all the members of the two Houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 478.
(House Bill 581)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgom-
ery County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to be known
as Section 755A, to acquire space for and to provide for the
supervision and storage of road machinery, equipment and
supplies which are the property of Montgomery County, and
to follow immediately after Section 755 of said Article.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it hereby is added to Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title 'Montgomery County', sub-title Roads', said new
section to be known as Section 755A, to provide for the super-
vision and storage of road machinery, equipment and supplies
which are the property of Montgomery County, and to read
as follows:
