SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter 273 of the Acts of the
General Assembly, Session of 1933, be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an an emergency law and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all of
the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 221 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as re-
enacted by Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, Session of 1931, pertaining to the Board of
Assessment and the manner of assessing property in Mont-
gomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 221 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", as repealed and re-enacted
by Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, Session of 1931, be, and the same hereby is, repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all
of the members of the two Houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
