etc., from Virginia Allen Boteler to the Church Extension
Society of the Central Pennsylvania Conference of the Evan-
gelical Church of a certain lot of ground and improvements
thereon, therein described, known as 3304 Flenn Avenue,
being the reversionary interest in the said lot.

29.      To the conveyance of the property known as 2614 N.
Calvert Street, Baltimore, from Elizabeth A. Smith and Ed-
ward B. Smith to Faith Evangelical Church of Baltimore
City, the deed bearing date of April 1, 1930, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5106, folio 370, etc.

30.      To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Hannah Randels, deceased, of Frederick County, to
the Baptist Church of Frederick, the said Will being dated
March 10, 1927, and recorded October 29, 1929, in Liber
C. II. B. 1, folio 118, in the office of the Register of Wills of
Frederick County.

To the Baptist Church of Frederick, $100. 00.

31.    To sundry gifts and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Albert W. Burkhart, late of Frederick Coun-
ty and State of Md., deceased, dated December loth, A. D.
1906, and duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court for
Frederick County and State of Maryland, February 28th,
A. D. 1910, and recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 2, folio 210,
one of the Record Books for Wills in the office of the Register
of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland.

To the Presbyterian. Church in the City of Frederick, State
of Maryland, one-fourth part of the residue of the estate of
said Albert W. Burkhart, deceased.

To the Brook Hill Chapel, the Pleasant Hill Chapel and the
Evangelical Lutheran Church at Bethel, all of which are lo-
cated in Frederick County and State of Maryland, one-fourth
part of the residue of the estate of said Albert W. Burkhart,
deceased, to be equally divided.

32.      To the conveyance from G. Elmer Hofstetter and
Mary E. Hofstetter, his wife, of a lot of ground known as No.
45 as shown on the plat of Homecraft to the Kenwood Pres-
byterian Church of Baltimore County, the deed being dated
June 3rd, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber L. McL. M. No. 836, folio 9, etc.
