33.      To the conveyance from the Stevens-Baker Company
and James Murray, et al., trustees, of a lot of ground on the
Philadelphia Road, being part of the tract of land called
"Nottingham Farms, " Baltimore County, to the Parsonage
Trustees Chesaco Park Charge of the Maryland Annual Con-
ference of the Methodist Protestant Church, the deed being
dated May 17th, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. H. M. No. 656, folio 453,
etc.

34.     To the conveyance from Arthur G. Null et al., trus-
tee, to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Advent of the
United Lutheran Church in America of Baltimore City of a
lot of ground known as Lots 26, 27 and 28, as shown on the
plat of Inglewood, the deed being dated May 21st, 1928, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4893, folio 209, etc.

35.     To the deed and conveyance from Anna M. Siemers,
widow, dated January 8th, 1930, to the Trustees of the Otter-
bein Chapel of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ,
in the City of Baltimore, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5082, folio 31,
etc., consisting of a piece of leasehold property at present
known as No. 849 South Paca Street and subject to an annual
ground rent of $19. 10.

36.      To the two deeds executed by Walter Hall Harmon,
Jr., and Anne Elizabeth Harmon, his wife, to the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the Prince of Peace of Baltimore County,
in the State of Maryland, both dated October 22nd, 1928, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber W. H. M. No. 660, folio 576, and W. H. M. No. 660,
folio 577, respectively, the said property fronting a total of
one hundred forty-five feet, more or less, on the northwestern-
most side of Philadelphia Road with depth of irregular width
for seven hundred twenty-six feet, and fronting twenty-five
feet on the northeasternmost side of Pine Grove Avenue, with
depth of one hundred thirty feet.

37.     To the sale, grant and conveyance to the Trustees of
the Mount Rainier Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of
Mount Rainier, Maryland, a body corporate, duly incorpo-
rated, of certain lots of ground, to wit: Lots numbered Three
