23.      To the bequest contained in the Will of Laura V.
Applegarth, late of Baltimore City, deceased, and recorded
among the Wills Records of Baltimore City in the office of the
Register of Wills in Liber E. R. D. No. 168, folio 398.

To the Church of the Redeemer in Baltimore City, $500. 00.

24.      To the deed from Samuel M. Rankin et al., Trustees,
to the Trustees of Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church of Bal-
timore County, a body corporate, its successors and assigns,
dated September 20, 1901, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore County, in Liber N. B. M. No. 258, folio
254, etc., conveying for religious purposes and uses, three cer-
tain pieces or parcels of land therein particularly described, the
first containing two! (2) acres and twenty-nine (29) square
perches, more or less, the second containing fifty-five (55)
square perches, more or less, and the third containing fifteen
(15) acres, three (3) rods and fourteen (14) square perches,
more or less, and the improvements thereon, located in or near
Sweet Air, in the Tenth Election District of Baltimore County,
State of Maryland.

25.      To the deed from William M. Osbourne and Mary
Osbourne, his wife, to the Trustees of the African Methodist
Episcopal Church of Ellicott City, dated January 26, 1889,
and recorded among the Land Records of Howard County in
Liber J. H. O. No. 55, folio 423, etc.

26.      To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Eleanore Shriver, late of Frederick County,
State of Maryland, deceased, said Will being dated August
17, 1928, and probated January 24, 1930, and recorded in
Liber C. H. B. No. 1, folio 167, one of the Record Books for
Wills in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County.

To the vestry of All Saints Protestant Episcopal Parish of
Frederick County, Maryland, $3, 000. 00.

27.      To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary P. Merritt, deceased, the said Will
being dated April 13, 1928, probated May 22, 1930, and re-
corded in Liber R. No. 25, folio 384, in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills for Cecil County.

To the Wesleyan Collegiate Institute (Dover, Del. ), $1, 000.

28.      To the conveyance of a certain deed bearing date the
25th day of April, 1930, and recorded among the Land Rec-
