4.      To the deed made and executed by the Roland Park
Homeland Company to the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of
Friends, Park Avenue, of a lot of about one acre, beginning
on the west side of Charles Street Avenue about 665 feet north
of Wyndhurst Avenue extending northerly on Charles Street
Avenue 213 feet with an irregular depth of about 227 feet,
said deed bearing date of December 4, 1929, and recorded in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5070, folio 502.

5.      To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Ezra Byers, late of Frederick County, the said
will being recorded February 10, 1930, in the office of the
Register of Wills of Frederick County in Liber C. H. B. No.
1, folio 183.

(a)   To Taylorsville M. E. Church of Carroll County, Mary-
land: the hereinafter mentioned sum to be invested in the
names of the trustees of said church, the interest or income
therefrom to be paid regularly to the stewards for the support
of the ministry of said Taylorsville M. E. Church, $400. 00.

(b)   To the cemetery of said Taylorsville M. E. Church; the
hereinafter mentioned sum to be invested in the name or
names of the governing body of said cemetery, the interest or
income therefrom to be used perpetually for the upkeep and
care of my grave in said cemetery. And I do specially request
that these bequests to church and cemetery be met and clear of
inheritance tax, $100. 00.

6.      To the deed from Frederick Dorguth and Malinda C.
Dorguth, his wife, to the Dorguth Memorial M. E. Church, a
body corporate, dated December 30, 1927, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. H. M. No.
653, folio 208.

7.      To the deed from Cityco Realty Company, Incorpo-
rated, to the Dorguth Memorial M. E. Church, a body corpo-
rate, dated December 30, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. H. M. No. 653,
folio 206.

8.      To the conveyance from Sarah C. Humrichouse of the
property on the west side of N. Potomac Street, in Hagers-
town, to the Christian Science Society of Hagerstown, a cor-
poration; the said property being described in a deed from
